  The Mecal MC 305 FTA TM profile machining center can no longer be fully booted up and started.

  There is most likely a fault in a circuit that is no longer functioning optimally and is no longer releasing the signal.

  For a long time we had to restart the machine several times, each time lasting minutes, and then it finally started up after x attempts.

  
  

  In June 2021, the following major service work was carried out:

  Axis cable X, Y. Z replaced and re-installed

  All pressure gauges replaced

  New supply air lines REF + A03
